STORAGE: Our Black Forest Log cake is an Italian Ice Cream cake and should be stored in the freezer until 15-20 minutes before serving.

SERVING TIPS:
- Take your Gelato cake out of the freezer and into the fridge 20-30 minutes before serving.
- Ensure the cake board is on a flat surface for slicing.
- Cut your cake slice about 1.4 to 2 cm wide.
ALLERGENS: We take every precaution we can for each gelato cake order but as we work in a small kitchen there is always a risk of cross contamination of dairy, eggs and gluten. We often use peanuts and a range of other tree nuts in our kitchen daily so we cannot cater for nut allergies or coeliacs.
