What is Gelato?
"Our gelato is churned at a lower speed, incorporating less air, fat, and sugar than traditional ice cream. Using this traditional Italian method accentuates all the delicious flavours in our gelato and sorbets.

We have incredible gelato cakes (AKA ice cream cakes, only better), which are works of art created by our talented chefs, and available on our pre-order menu for our Auckland customers.
